Ohio State Newark Academics

Ohio State Newark offers general studies coursework applicable to all undergraduate degree programs at The Ohio State University. In addition, we offer upper-division courses in several departments. Entire degree programs may be completed at the Newark Campus only in the following areas:
Early/Middle Childhood Education (B.S.Ed.),
General Business (B.S.B.A.), English (B.A.),
History (B.A.), and Psychology (B.A. or B.S.).
We also boast Master's degree programs in
Education (M.Ed. in Early/Middle Childhood and M.A. in Integrated Teaching and Learning) and in
Social Work (M.S.W., part-time).
The Ohio State University College of Nursing offers the
R.N.
to B.S.N. program at Newark. Use of CARMEN, the university’s
distance education system allows students greater flexibility to work,
meet family responsibilities, and study while earning a B.S.N. in their
local community.
