2008-2009 Verification Forms

Please submit the requested forms as soon as possible after receiving notification to prevent the delay of processing your awards package.  Once your documents have been submitted to the Office of Financial Aid, it may take four to six weeks to process your file.  After your documents have been reviewed by a Financial Aid Advisor, you will receive notification of your awards package via letter or email. Please make sure your name and social security number are on each form submitted to the office.
