Outlook Calendar
Outlook has a very valuable function, you can use it to schedule tasks,
set appointments, create reminders and much more. To start out, click on
the "Calendar" button in the "Shortcuts" menu.

From here you can
add/remove dates to remember and view your current schedule.

Click the "Day," "Work
Week," "Week," or "Month" buttons to view your schedule in the format
you desire. You may not have the words in your version of Outlook, if
not, you will see the calendar buttons with the number of days in them
only (i.e. 1 = Day, 5 = Work Week.)
